  • 23.00 - 25.00 USD hourly

Requirements

As a Warehouse Coordinator you will need to have:

  • Tell me about a time you had to manage attendance issues or last‑minute call‑offs. How did you handle coverage and keep operations running smoothly?
  • This role requires getting every associate to use the JT App correctly. How would you train and motivate a workforce to adopt a new system, especially if some employees resist the change?
  • Describe a situation where an employee came to you with a concern or payroll issue. What steps did you take to resolve it and maintain trust?
  • How do you stay organized with documentation — things like time edits, attendance tracking, and disciplinary records?

As a Warehouse Coordinator, it would be desirable to have:

  • Working as a coordinator or administrative roles
  • Technical software experience
  • Tracking of attendance
  • Time keeping
  • Effective commuinication

Role of a Warehouse Coordinator

  • Coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient resource allocation.
  • Manage employee attendance, schedules, and address any issues promptly to maintain operational continuity.
  • Oversee the accurate processing of timekeeping records and employee documentation.
  • Implement and manage new technology systems, providing training and support to staff.
