At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack Associate to work with a leading logistics company in Bethlehem. You will begin by learning the picking process using warehouse technology to retrieve customer orders. After training, you will advance to packing and preparing orders for shipment, with opportunities for cross-training and professional growth.Shift Patterns
- 1BH-Pick: 06:00 pm - 04:30 pm (10h 30m)
- Repeats weekly: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
- 16.50 USD hourly
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job
- Must be willing to come in for an onsite interview
- Must not be currently employed by Job&Talent at any other locations
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Reliable attendance and willingness to learn multiple processes
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus
- Locate and retrieve customer orders using warehouse technology
- Verify, package, and prepare orders for shipment
- Participate in cross-training to develop a broad skill set
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency
