Introduction
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with ID Logistics in Blue Springs. This role is based in a fast-paced warehouse environment where you will support continuous production operations.
Shift Patterns

• Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Pay Rates

• 22.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• One year of experience on a stand-up forklift

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or production environments
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and communication
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Role Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklifts to transport raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods
• Load, unload, stage, and store products in assigned warehouse locations
• Perform equipment checks and follow all safe operating procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
