Picker - Rialto

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker to work with a leading distribution center in Rialto. This role is essential for maintaining the high-volume operations of our partner, ensuring that customer orders are processed with speed and precision.
Shift Patterns

• 1st Shift Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Picker

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience using RF scanners.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to walk for extended periods (10–12 hours per shift).
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holiday shifts based on business needs.
• Dependable transportation to and from the job site.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. periodically during the shift.

Role tasks for Picker

• Accurately pick merchandise from warehouse inventory using RF scanners and pick lists.
• Verify item descriptions, quantities, and locations to ensure order accuracy.
• Transport picked items to designated staging or processing areas.
• Meet or exceed established productivity and accuracy standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety policies.
