Introduction

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading logistics company in Bethlehem. This role is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring shipments are prepared efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Shift Patterns

• Sunday to Wednesday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm (4 days, 10 hours).


• Main function is picking, with additional warehouse tasks as required.

Pay Rates

• 16.50 USD hourly


• Incentives available for perfect attendance.

Requirements for Warehouse Associate

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred


• Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods


• Familiar with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking


• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule


• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site


• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed


• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role for Warehouse Associate

• Physically unload freight from containers and trailers.


• Build and wrap pallets according to distribution specifications.


• Receive freight with the ability to identify case packs and pallet patterns.


• Organize stock and maintain inventory accuracy.


• Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
