At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pack End Line Lead to work with Alene Skilled in New Albany.Shift Patterns
- Monday through Friday 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm
- 22.50 USD hourly
- Experience leading a team
- Ability to demonstrate responsibility for meeting production goals, maintaining quality, or reducing downtime
- Experience training new employees or helping solve production issues on the line
- Consistent attendance record over the past year
- Ability to stand for most of the shift and lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment
- Ability to describe your leadership style as perceived by coworkers or supervisors
- Proven strategies for keeping your team motivated and productive
- Oversee end-of-line packaging processes to ensure operational efficiency
- Coordinate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Monitor product quality standards throughout the packaging phase
- Address and resolve technical or operational issues on the line
