Shift Patterns
- Night Shift: Monday - Friday 3:30pm-12:30am
Pay Rates
- 18.00 USD hourly
Essential Requirements
- Foundational understanding of production technologies and processes
- Familiarity with quality measurement tools, such as calipers
- Ability to interpret and adhere to Standard Process Instructions
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of this position, including reaching items stored at heights up to 5 feet
- Must not be a rehire from the local automotive plant
Skills Requirements
- Must be able to stand for the entirety of the shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
Role
- Conduct inspections and checks on parts, components, and finished products following established work instructions
- Perform precise gap and flushness evaluations to ensure quality standards
- Manage the loading and unloading of modules from storage racks
- Identify and escalate potential non-conformities and deviations through formal protocols
- Support root cause analysis, warranty reviews, and general problem-solving initiatives
- Coordinate internal sorting for supplied components and assist with supply chain management functions
- Aid in first-off and last-off testing and the return of inspected components to production lines
