Shift Patterns
- Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm.
- The training period consists of a 20-hour work week, transitioning to a full 40-hour schedule once fully trained.
- Mandatory overtime is required during peak seasons.
Pay Rates
- 17.00 USD hourly
Requirements for Warehouse Associate
- Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Familiarity with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking.
- Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule.
- Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed.
- Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt, and sturdy, closed-toed shoes.
Role for Warehouse Associate
- Physically unload freight from containers and trailers.
- Build and organize pallets according to specific distribution instructions.
- Break down and shrink-wrap freight to meet shipping specifications.
- Receive incoming freight, identify case packs, and communicate any discrepancies.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
