Warehouse Associate - South Whitehall Twp

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading logistics and fulfillment company in South Whitehall Twp. Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm.


• The training period consists of a 20-hour work week, transitioning to a full 40-hour schedule once fully trained.


• Mandatory overtime is required during peak seasons.

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Requirements for Warehouse Associate

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.


• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.


• Familiarity with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking.


• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule.


• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site.


• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed.


• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt, and sturdy, closed-toed shoes.

Role for Warehouse Associate

• Physically unload freight from containers and trailers.


• Build and organize pallets according to specific distribution instructions.


• Break down and shrink-wrap freight to meet shipping specifications.


• Receive incoming freight, identify case packs, and communicate any discrepancies.


• Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
