At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Clamp Truck Operator to work with Mattel Inc. in Jonestown. This role is essential for maintaining a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment by efficiently moving, loading, and storing products.
Shift Patterns

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Pay Rates

• 20.50 USD hourly

Requirements

• More than 1 year of experience operating a Clamp Truck or more than 2 years of Sit down Forklift experience with loading and unloading trucks.
• Valid forklift certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Commitment to workplace safety and following company procedures.

Role

• Operate a clamp truck to move products safely throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload trailers while preventing product damage.
• Transport, stage, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Inspect products for damage and report any issues to a supervisor.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
