At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading logistics company in South Whitehall Twp. This role involves handling inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring product accuracy in a fast-paced environment.


Shift Patterns

• Regular Schedule: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (2nd shift)


• Training Schedule: 1st shift (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM)


• Availability required for weekends during peak season


• Shifts may vary between 4–8 hours depending on operational needs

Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Requirements for Warehouse Associate

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred


• Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods


• Familiar with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking


• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule


• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site


• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction


• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt, and closed-toed sturdy shoes

Responsibilities for Warehouse Associate

• Physically unload freight from containers and trailers


• Build and wrap pallets according to distribution instructions


• Receive freight, identifying case packs and pallet patterns


• Operate manual pallet jacks and organize stock


• Communicate any shipment problems effectively
