Introduction
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for SBL - Load and Unload to work with a leading logistics company in Bethlehem. This role supports warehouse and dock operations by coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, assisting with freight movement, and ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.
Shift Patterns

• 12:00 pm - 10:30 pm (10h 30m)
• Repeats weekly on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

Pay Rates

• 17.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the job
• Must be willing to come in for an onsite interview
• Must not be currently employed by Job and Talent at any other locations

Role Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently
• Verify shipments for accuracy and report any discrepancies
• Communicate with drivers regarding dock assignments and paperwork
• Move freight throughout the facility using manual pallet jacks
• Organize, stage, and prepare shipments for pickup or delivery
