General Labor - Waukegan

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Laborer to work with a leading manufacturing company in Waukegan. This role involves hands-on production tasks in a fast-paced shop environment.

Shift patterns:

• 5:00AM – 3:30PM Monday – Thursday


• Occasional mandatory or voluntary overtime on Fridays depending on production needs

Pay rates:

• 17.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for General Labor:

• Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs

Role for General Labor:

• Remove and break parts out of laser-cut sheets


• Use a variety of hand tools and power equipment to remove excess material or burrs from surfaces


• Sharpen edges or corners as required


• Report production quantities into the ERP system
