At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Operator I to work with a leading logistics company in Fontana. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products according to customer guidelines and ISO 9001 standards.


Shift patterns

• Monday-Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm

Pay rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Essential requirements for Operator I

• Warehouse or material handling experience preferred


• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment


• Attention to detail and ability to meet productivity goals


• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed

Desirable requirements for Operator I

• Experience operating forklifts, electric pallet jacks, or RF scanners


• Basic computer or inventory system knowledge

Role tasks for Operator I

• Receive and process incoming shipments according to company procedures


• Store materials in designated warehouse locations


• Distribute products efficiently to meet customer guidelines


• Operate powered hand trucks and standard forklift equipment safely


• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards
