Requirements
Essential requirements for Machine operator:
- Prior machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong technical understanding and safety awareness
- Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
- Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
- Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift when necessary
Your role for Machine operator
- Operate and maintain industrial machinery to ensure efficient production cycles
- Monitor equipment performance and perform basic troubleshooting as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and technical specifications
- Coordinate with the production team to meet daily manufacturing targets
