Pick/Pack - Sparks

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading logistics company in Sparks. This role is essential for ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.


Shift patterns

• Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM PST

Pay rates

• 18.50 USD hourly

Requirements for Pick/Pack

• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule


• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site


• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. periodically during the shift when necessary


• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed


• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role tasks for Pick/Pack

• Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for delivery to customers


• Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers


• Handle items carefully to avoid damage to the product


• Work with other team members to accurately complete daily work goals


• Consistently perform job functions while maintaining a focus on safety, punctuality, and deadlines
