Forklift Operator - North Aurora

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with a leading logistics company in North Aurora. This role is essential for maintaining warehouse efficiency by safely operating industrial machinery to move, load, and organize materials for timely delivery.


Shift patterns:

• 2nd shift, Sunday to Thursday, 4:00 pm to 12:30 am

Pay rates:

• 20.50 USD hourly

Requirements for Forklift Operator:

• More than 1 year of experience operating industrial trucks


• Proficiency with stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and pallet wrap machines


• Knowledge of logistical supply chain methods and inventory control


• Ability to read and understand orders and count products accurately


• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs throughout the shift


• Valid Driver License and dependable transportation to and from the job site

Role for Forklift Operator:

• Safely operate industrial trucks and machinery to move materials throughout the warehouse


• Inspect product loads for accuracy and ensure safe transport to designated areas


• Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and boxes


• Control levers and operating devices, such as forks and hoists, to stack and transport goods


• Complete all requisitions with prompt, efficient, and safe outcomes
